Customer & Studio Coordinator (Administration)

Lof is seeking a capable, highly organised Customer & Studio Coordinator (Administration) to support order processing, customer communication, and studio administration as the business continues to grow. This role is primarily administrative and operational, ensuring that orders, systems, and customer communication run smoothly day to day. You will work closely with the production team and founder to manage orders, shipments, and studio administration.

Hours: Part-time, 5–10 hours per week to start, Flexible/School hours
Starting Rate: $35/hour (+GST if registered)
Start date: Early 2026
Location: Waiheke Island
Contract: Independent contractor

About you

This role suits someone who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work and keeping systems running smoothly.

You likely have:

  • 2–3+ years experience in an administrative or office coordination role

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Confidence using digital systems and databases

  • Experience with order processing, logistics, or customer administration

  • Comfort working independently in a small team environment

  • A calm, practical approach to problem solving

Bonus experience (not essential):

  • Squarespace

  • Courier/logistics platforms

  • Export or shipping documentation

  • Xero
