Lof is a Waiheke-based textile and lighting studio designing and manufacturing lighting products from farm-sourced New Zealand wool. From our island workshop, we create small-run pieces that combine material intelligence and careful proportion, shaped by local materials and hands-on making. We are a small, values-driven team working closely across design, production, and delivery. Our studio culture is calm and focused — we work at a natural pace, do fewer things, and obsess over quality.

We’re looking for a Customer & Studio Coordinator to support our sales, order fulfilment, customer communication, and general studio tasks — long term. This is a flexible, part-time role (around 5–10 hours per week to start), with two days per week in our Waiheke studio, and the potential to grow in both hours and responsibility as the business evolves. You’ll be the steady, detail-oriented person who helps ensure orders move smoothly from studio to customer, enquiries are handled with care, and our systems stay tidy and up to date. This role sits alongside our production team and plays a key part in the experience customers have with Lof. It’s well suited to someone who enjoys purposeful, practical work, takes pride in doing things properly, and appreciates a calm, design-led environment.

Have experience with Squarespace, courier platforms, logistics, or export processes (a bonus, not essential)

Are looking for a long-term role within a small, values-led studio
Would like flexible work that fits around other responsibilities
Care about sustainability, local making, and thoughtful design and are keen to grow with a small, design-led studio.
